Interview
My first piano was retrieved from the basement of an abandoned school and delivered by a small cadre of well-meaning neighbors, for the sum of four cans of Narragansett lager beer. Growing up in a small mill town in New England, music was an important part of my life. So was that piano. When other kids on the school bus were playing their 'air guitars', I was hammering away furiously on my imaginary piano.
