Greetings , my name is Peter Bailey and I am currently a professional filmmaker living in whistler, being from the UK I feel that I am bringing a creative and intelligent business sense to the ski and snowboard industry and will produce intelligent involving and exciting programmes following the lives of the most interesting people doing the craziest things in a style of programming that does not spoon feed its audience its content but rather will give progamming enjoyable to every level of intelligence that has advertisting subtle engineered into it.
I am at the final stage of production and am now ensuring that I have an epic soundtrack to use legally in my promotional videos . Your music really caught my attention !!!
Music is a huge part of our industry and aritists are regularily launched and popularised through the mountain sports movie industry.
To generate income for the record industry that I understand is being forced to slash r&d budgets thanks to downloading . We plan to get money to our artist by
a) direct purchasing links underneath each video to your song/album on ITUNES (our market is rich ski and snowboard tourist , many of whom have itunes accounts and actively buy music online)
b)Epic Music Page , showcase of each artists music we have ever used , sale of CDs , tour dates e.t.c
c) Feature DVD releases will feature a separate soundtrack disc that is padded into the price of the DVD , representing approximate 20,000 sales of say $5 value that all goes into the contributing artists pockets ?
d)In the future touring with a live video/music show around the world with the DVD release?
e)artists are free to use all video content featuring their music and resell my videos with their own packages (after time collaborating artists may have entire sets worth of edited extreme ski/snowboard videos to feature on their website in the back of live shows e.t.c
f)we will for sure hook you up for any music video needs you have in the future
g)artists shown to be "epic" material with the same passion and energy for their music as with our videos who are also keen to mould their talent to accentuate the video, working closely with artists like this will inevitably result in contracts being drawn up to secure talents for our creative enterprise.
