Just wanted to get word out that I am spinning with DJ Heist [definition radio] on WTS radio Saturday nights 5pm-LATE Eastern Standard Time. It's Heist's b-day this weekend so it should be an interesting one. He plays mostly hard techstep tunes while I'm on more of a mellow tip, so you should be able to tell who's who. There should be a webcam as well.

I was just listening to "Bubblegum". Quite good drum work. Although I'll have to agree with most people here......
Man I listened to "Jazzmatazz" again to compare and see where you're going.....Jazzmatazz has all the Chaos81 style in there......I just thought I'd say that you need to return to your wonderland.....Good stuff though........(Note: you only get critsized like this when you get really good)......KUDOS......Keep 'em comin'!

Hi Chaos, regarding bubblegum, I think the beat comes in strong and sounds good, but you might want to beef up the kick with some more samples on top of it to give it a real thump.
When the synth changes up ; there just isn't enough power in the synth sound to sustain the loss of momentum; so I might suggest totally changing the synth sound around the 2:00 mark to something more wicked and dropping the first break. It's hard to explain, but in general I think you have a good basis for a song that needs more attention to production and the bass sound.

Taking a good listen to "Bubble Gum" First thing to hit me is the beats, they dont seem to have any balls if you no what i mean, They seem to lack grunt.I like the bubbly keys man, they sound cool as funk, I suppose thats why its called bubble gum, alltho putting the launch sequence sample in there kinda confuses me a little 8).
The track also seems to be lacking in the bass department too, So maybe you need to look at that for sure. Oh yeah, I like those backwards strings man.
Over all, a good tune, just needs tweakin in mho.

Damn Chaos, it's been a while.
