Have to agree with Thielus. It was my vote in the song competition. Which I'm not bitter about missing out on. NOT BITTER AT ALL..........(lol)

This is a really class soundscape, Gabriele. Great textures. Love to hear bass and drums eventually join in and make it four minutes long!!

Second Chance, yes, man, I like it!
Very sophisticated reverse guitar tones for a long, dark opening. Love this part.
Band comes in smoothly, solid drums, bass and keys. stays in the dark minor mode, lot of flanging, panning, echoe´s.
Curtain for the great weeping guitar solo! Sweet distortion, great playing here. Top class.
Well I can see the Second chance Movie to this, as you write:
"more or less it's about a complex personality and bad times in life"
There are certainly bad times in life, but those are, due to the strange species HUMANS sometimes the most creative times.
Here´s proof of that!
First Class piece, congrats from Frankfurt!

Gabriele, 11 year old Ibanez guitars sometimes sound really great. Proof is in your song!
A mellow flanged guitar arpeggio ist the anchor of your tune. I can well imagine sitting on a piazza in your beautiful city sipping coffee, looking at the people passing by, thinking: What do they have in mind right now?
Financial problems, family affairs, the next vacation, the age of the city they´re in?
Nice synth textures, a drum loop moving in and out, sounds (rain and horses?) moving in the stereo field.
My first thought was: Why drums? Don´t need them. But then, after getting used to it, I thought it was cool to add this drive to the tune.
So you see I like what you accomplished here; it´s film music or, if this was a genre here: "Music to close your eyes to and let your thoughts flow"
A rather simple chord progression, but well put, fitting!
So I think you had some "classical" training, you LEARNED to play an instrument?
Being a guitar player I like the guitar parts best, but there are pretty interesing things going on in the background, including synth pads and real sounds. And these little spots make your song special.
What you could do to "improve"?
Well, we could talk about dynamic, about some breaks or fills, followed by a part a semi or whole tone up. But all this I´d say is academic! It´s good as it is.
And you say the purpose is soundtracking. Having this in mind, I wouldn´s change a thing!
Cheers from Frankfurt
