LEASING RIGHTS: Also know as non-exclusive rights, the purchase of leasing rights grants you artistic and legislative rights to a beat for one single profitable purpose on any medium (e.g. album or mixtape), with a circulation of up to 2000 sales units. If this cut-off point is reached a further leasing agreement for 2000 units or a re-negotiation for exclusive rights can be made. A beat may be leased to more than one person. Upon purchase, you will receive a copy of the beat in high quality WAV format as an electronic download link sent to your e-mail, along with a contract stating your ownership. Upon request and payment of a $29 fee separated track lines are also available. Under no circumstances may the beat be re-sold.

EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS: The purchase of exclusive rights grants you full artistic and legislative rights to the beat, with no constriction or sales cap, allowing the unlimited use on any profitable medium, royalty free. You will be the sole owner of the beat. Upon purchase, you will receive a fully tracked out copy of the beat in high quality WAV format on a data DVD, as well as in MP3 format on a playable audio CD. You may edit these track lines as you see fit. All of this will be sent to you along with a contract stating your ownership via airmail in a secured package.
