A laid back ambient track, sounds like some sort of industrial factory producing tiny robots. I would call it Psy-Ambient (Psybient?)

LOL you used the "Hard" song from MTV Music Generator on PS1 and switched out the samples. Yours sounds a helluva lot cooler though.
