I was in GC with Jack way back in the day, and hearing this played during our performances always gave me a chill. And now....makes this song all the more special. It reminds me that God is always there. Thank you, Jack and I thank God He gave you this song. I miss those days of performing in front of church groups. It was an awesome feeling.

My son is watching cartoons while I'm listening to this...so I can't fully enjoy it completely...but the lyrics really do rock! They are so true and masterly penned....I love the rocking electric guitar lead...Almost like it's prophesying the heartcry of the Spirit of the Lord....Love the harmonies also....Are you harmonizing with yourself? Great job, jack! I pray that the Lord releases a new song in your spirit....we are to continually sing a new song unto him.....It sure has been raining (as a side note)...in many places throughout this land...naturally...and we know that when we see manifested in the natural...they are also taking place in the spirit.....He truly does REIGN!

Hey Jack -
Yeah, "Who Do We Have Today?" was written so long ago. Something like 1993. And the situation is worse than ever. I can still remember the eerie feeling of someone being in the room while writing the song. Kept looking over my shoulder, felt like someone was sitting on the couch behind me.
Happy Thanksgiving to you and KK!! Yes, yes, a collaboration would be killer!!
Love,
janet
