Why, even when they were new to righteous, fresh, untried; without blisters, bloody and bones exposed they were good for something; how much more, when uncounted righteous deeds wrinkle their palms, blister their skin, bloody their form and expose their bone!

Therefore thus says the LORD God; like the hands of righteous men, doing MY work, among all men on earth, which I have made to serve ME and their fellow men, do I make the inhabitants of MY Holy City. I will set my face toward them; they will do my will, give their all, die that I might be glorified, but their great works and manifest deeds shall not devour them.
