My Dear Friend Ed;

Where can I begin?....

It sounds absolutely "Wonderful".. I love the intro...no music, no background, just Tom's voice and THEN the gentle beginning of the tempo and the lyrics together!...By the time we get to Christ appearing before the young soldier (Martin), the listener is sure to be captivated by the story and the background...The anticipation building to the point of my name and rank and then the HARMONY in Donna's words, expression, (even her diction with kinda like a little southern drawl) WOW WOW WOW; brings a fitting closure at the wall...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The additional ending by Donna just adds to what I feel is a superior presentation by ALL....

I have spent many many many hours at that spot (the Wall) and I am TELLING you, this tribute is right up there with EVERY SINGLE ONE I have ever heard spoken, sung, cried, performed either on a record album or in person as a testament to our soldiers that have served! Not because of me, but because of you, Tom and Donna Ray's dedication to the music that touches us all....

My words alone do not do the justice that you, Tom and Donna have done with this.. AWESOME is the only word that comes to mind...

To have had this written, recorded and produced for me personally conjures up feelings only a SELECT few will ever understand. I am proud to be one of those few and I do so thank you....
