I heard the story of a man who was running from the police. He was actually driving away, they were chasing him. They drove everywhere. All throughout the city sirens blazing and lights flashing while the man drove as fast as he could in the toyota corolla that he had rented. The man soon lost control and crashed his car into the side of the police precient. It seems that he had left his wallet in a cafe where a few police officers had been eating. They tried to give it back to him, but he just ran out of the diner and got quickly into his car and sped off. They also attempted to follow him so that they could return the wallet. The man just drove faster and faster, he ended up running through a red light. The police then had another reason to follow him. They called more squad cars into the persuit. Even more cars were called in as this man raced through the city with abandon. It all stopped when the man crashed into the building and died insantly. He wanted to tell someone that he loved her but didn't make up his mind to do so until about half an hour before his flight out of the state. It wouldn't have mattered though, she wasn't in the building that day. She was chasing a man speeding through the city in a rental car. She meant everything to him, now he has peace.
