Hey Laurel......thanks....I hope all is well with you...I was listening to "stuck in a rut"....good song...I was thinking your the real deal with country.....I bounce around with styles of music a lot ....so I guess it gets a little washed down....but you're sound is genuine and you do a great job with telling stories..(I liked the collab you did with Linda Wright too)...maybe we can do a collab sometime...lately it's been hard to find a lot of time to write but maybe we can come up with something....Take care ....Greg

Do they still throw corn at your front door or windows and then run like the dickens on Halloween in Iowa?? That's what we did!! It scare the crud out of you if you were sitting inside and got 'corned!' We even shucked our own corn for the adventure, lol. Guess, I am showing my age.

I saw your comments on Amy Caldwell's site regarding Jesus Is..and hey, I appreciate the comments you made....she did such a wonderful job singing to mine and Kurty's track.

To answer your question, Kurt did the guitar lead riff that went in there, I did the rest...I enjoyed putting Jesus Is together very much...that was my first song of that type that I'd ever tried my hand at...we've got a choir version coming together that will have several SC members in it..just waiting on one more vocal.

Thank you SO much for your kind comments...I can't say I'm anything, but I sure have fun being NOTHING!!
