An updated bluesy 60's type tune. Vocals are really good.Nice melody.Arrangement is good - liked the mid 8. Lyrics are quite weird. Like the organ work. very English if you know what I mean. Can't think of anyone you sound like which is a good thing. Good song - English Blues. Good luck !

Serge,
You never fail to impress with some of the most creative, well-produced, well-arranged pop/rock on the independent scene. Loved the middle-8/bridge on this one. Congrats!

Wow! I love the Beatlesque style of this song with a hint of Clapton. Another well-crafted, memorable song, Serge! Smooth vocals and production. You've got my 5 stars.

OK, this intro definitely makes me curious about the rest of the song! I can't tell what's going to happen, which is cool.
Nice background vocals. That effect or playing style on the guitar (in the left channel, comes in later in the verse) is really unusual sounding, in a good way. Nice harmonies in the second half of the verse.
Great use of reverb in this song. I like how you've put it on the drums and some other parts of the arrangement to give it space, but you keep the vocals pretty dry and immediate, so they're clear and easy to understand. I can safely say I'm understanding 100% of the lyrics, which is welcome!
I like the chorus lyrics, particularly the image "don't ask a stone to cry." I also like how British the song sounds.
