bunty
Hi there, We are a record label based out of Bangalore, and are looking out for rock bands, with their recording ready, if u got any DEMO do get in touch.. www.dogmatone.com
hi man.i did'nt ask u to go up and down the major scales,it was improvising in them.anyways i just uploaded my fusion jams on my page check it out.It has some good examples of heavy and light vibrato in a shredding context and also improvising on major scales and its relative modes.i used the lydian mode extensively on this one to get the hindustani feel.its got melody "feel" and good old fashioned shred that i like best and some cool clean rythm playin which i like a lot too.it called moods.
Thanks for the suggestions

I shall study Virato right away.

What about major scales. playing the whole scale up and dowm is no fun.

Your soft ballad is good the morning song. Is has a lot of vibrato work from your other songs.

How does vibrato fit in the shred spectrum
hi man heard ur songs. ur vibrato is virtually non existant.develop a good vibrato the same songs u played here can sound ten times better with a really good vibrato. and start playing major scales, shapes and patterns.
Well it was'nt disqualification. It was an intra college fest.

We just came 3rd cause our lead singer had a good range of vocals, the drummers was a leather basher and I complemented them both on the rhythms.

It was just plain fun. The best thing was that all of ud had never practised together.

Anyway enjoy your time while its worth it.

PS: Use your own nick!
Dude 3rd out of 18 eh...? Why...were the 15 other teams disqualified.
