Wonderful songwriting Jamey and a performance to match. Just loved the lyrics..so important to me. I also love the rhythm guitar and how your lead work is so clean, simple, and melodic and allows the listener to just flow along with it. This tune could be a great soundtrack for a video ...and i could also hear it going into "anthem mode" where the outro is a hundred voices singing together. it's also just great as it is. It's a song of hope, peace, love, and the champion of the American Dream....small town, any town USA....the days we all need to go back to in many ways, the positive side and back to truth and caring for all mankind, our friends, family, neighbors.
