As far as your singing goes, I don't think it's really a matter of range, more about timing. Like on 'boulevard of broken dreams'. Your guitar was dead on, but your vox seemed like it had trouble keeping up.

I think once you get the timing of your vox being syncronized with your guitar, your vox wont sound so strained and hurried, which will help you have more time and breath to meet those required notes. ~laughs~ I shouldn't be one to give suggestion or advice, I'm still learning too. Nice work on your originals too.
