The beginning of this makes me recall when i was a child and i would wake up in the morning to the sounds of birds singing their own individual songs...there was no traffic, just the sound of birds - beautiful and comforting, all was well. But then towards the end the mood changes and it becomes nightime, trees cast eerie shadows in my room and i hide my head under the blankets...what was that sound, is their someone, or something in the room with me?....this is the morning call and the epilogue wrapped into one - pure and beautiful, it will fit well in the context of an album, can't wait to hear the complete story unfold.

Hello again Vyolette..don't know if you get tired of me singing your praises, but i do so with sincerity and a genuine passion for the wonderful music that you are writing. Once again this new song is full of the kind of atmosphere that i love, your voice is beautiful, soothing and unique. Highly original ideas well executed and produced, i hope all comes good for you, you deserve to be heard, as i am sure there will be many who agree with me that 2010 is to be a very good year for music. x

You paint pictures with your music Violette, landscapes and visions, it's just beautiful and intense, this ability is what seperates the cream from the milk.
I hope that your new album release will give you the exposure that you so deserve and be another step up the ladder to your imminent recognition and success. Well done.
(did you know you have dated your album release as Jan/09 in the info for this song.....that's what the flu does for you!)

This is like black sabbath meets vincent price at the ballet!
Atmospheric keyboards,( great keyboard player - always adds real atmosphere to the songs), some real deep resonant bass sounds that hits you where it hurts and a guitar sound that's like a lions "ROAR"!!!
Again there is a sparsity to the production that lets you hear everything.

"WOW"...you just completely blow me away, your music is beautiful, these last last two songs show a maturity of your work and talent, the instruments, your voice, the production is simply wonderful and the melody is HAUNTING - i listen, then i want to hear it again.....didn't even know i liked chamber music!
Love the sparsity of your recordings - sometimes less is more...must bring this into my own writing.
It's very rare that i rave about a persons music, but i have to say in all honesty yours is some of the best that i have ever heard in over 30 years as a musician - with the right exposure a lot of people are going to love you Violette, you take care of that voice....got your message, will be in touch.x

This is just amazing stuff...really love your ideas your voice and that somber emptiness, that deep resonating sound is just about as dark as it gets...your music has definately influenced my future work...keep writing, i think your a very talented lady, the best iv'e heard on soundclick and some of the best and most original ideas i've heard in years.x
Just wanted to add...i play this song every day, it's my favourite, beautiful melody and voice, think if you had chosen a differen't category it would reach no. 1....hope you have more in the pipeline.

I love this song Violette...love the sparsety and the instrument sounds used, also, there's a slight eastern influence in the melody which i like (makes it sound kinda creepy), then there's your voice which reminds me a little of siouxsie....great, (i played with the banshees for a short while before robert smith joined)...loved the cure...joy division...cocteau twins 1st album is great.
