hi there, i googled "out of the box guitar playing" and there u were, love your music. i was just wondering if you had any advice for me. i've played in cover bands for wot seems like an eternity, and tryed coming up with my own stuff but i just cant seem to make any of it interesting anymore. i think i've gone stale, anytime i pick up the guitar i end up playing the same old rubbish, even when i try modes and exotic scales i cant get out of the same old box patterns.

Hey my name is Sam, I'm just commenting to say I love your songs, especially One by One, Strangers on this Train, and Below the Stairs. After listening to them they are stuck in my head for days! And tank you so much for all those tutorials on guitarnoise. I wouldn't be nearly as good as I am now if it weren't for those tutorials. Right now I am learning Blackbird, I have that one pretty much down, even the "big stretch" part! Well anyway thanks a lot for all of your help and I love your songs.
