Thanks for the input, Aries.. I did get a little carried away with my deskription of the song and if you visit again, you'll see that I changed it.

I'm not all that happy with the progression of "Dancin' Alone" either. But, when I'm spending half of my life on the road, it's hard to get anything done. I liked the main theme a lot and couldn't come up with a variation right away, so I "cheated". I'll see if I can go back and redo some parts.

I will check out the percs you recommended. I tend to focus more on the musical aspect of a song than the beat.. Thanks for being honest.

Hey, nice little um, i dont know the technical terms, im so non music term orientated, but would u call it a riff? or melody? anyway, in the breakbeat track of yours... you should of put the label on it "Very catchy lead, very danceable rhythm.. A Sytrus staccato string synth and euro arp combine for an unforgettable soundscape." instead of that other dude... anyway, i tend to ramble..

got no decent suggestions for you coz u seem to know more than me... if u have time or feel like it, check out some of my stuff.. beginner level, still lots to learn =) take care man..

Whats up, thanks for signing the guestbook, and I agree 100% with you in the DJ TRAX post, its surprising that his track is way better in every single way, yet DJ KING is leading the charts. And i think its pretty obvious to ANYONE who actually has a taste in music and could tell apart a Trance hit from a poorly put together song would most likely agree that DJ KINGS track is far away from a Top Chart worthy song. But then again thats just my two cents.
SO...keep the stuff coming!
