At the moment mate, ive joined a soccer team, a new voluntary job to get me out the house and im saving up to go to Las Vegas.

Just got your message, things are getting there - starting to get underway with rehab, Ive been on various drugs in a bid to undercut all dangerous symthoms like sudden death etc.

My cholestrol has gone down to an acceptable range for now, which means I wont be dropping dead in the street with a heart attack.
Currently dianogsed with IFG and IGT which means pre-diabetes so only got a matter of time before im fully dianogsed with it!

Apart from that I am now officialy being monitoried by dieticians and consultants and you know what? It sucks but it's a small price to pay for sorting my life out.

Hey...just getting back with you. The singer of that track was a dude who went by Sinn. I'm afraid I lost contact with him and don't know how to get ahold of him anymore. The track is a free download now....i don't know why it was set up for a paid download, but its fixed now.....
