I really like this alot! Has a 80's kinda country feel to it, lovely harmonies.....kinda reminds me of Grateful Dead gone country at times, like the slide guitar lines and you've a great voice for country. Great song and lyrics!

I finally go to hear all of your songs on here. You have a voice that is so easy to listen to. Not just once, but over and over. You need to put more on here if you can so others can hear you ! I enjoyed "meeting" you today online and I hope you continue to sing and play like you are in these songs. I really do like "Just The Way I Am"...They are all good, but something about that one tells me a lot about you...Which is good ..

Mind over matter has a nice feel to the music but I get a mixed impression from the lyrics. Should we believe everything is OK that he doesn't see her? Is he getting through the time apart or is he just fooling himself and in his mind is the only place he'll always have her?
