Touching love story really. A lobotomy can be a gift from the heart I would expect, the end to expectation for that matter. Manytimes, I've lost my brain to a pretty nurse. This validates that experience.

Intense listening reveals an intensely poetic composition. Very nice!

Hmm at first I though, standard rock ballad stuff. Then I though ummm solid techo/rock fusion. Soon I was thinking sound track for movie like The Breakfast Club. By the end I was thinking, wow! Infectious sound!

Smooth style, very subtle but powerful as it builds. Very nice production. Especially the use of the stereo field in the vocals and the tight bouncing rhythm layers in the synth.

listening to the original version of Dying Inside...not loud enough for me to hear the words and you didn't post them separately so I cannot even listen along...vocal is on the miserable side, music is jolly and the whole sounds rather appealing but I am sure Amy will do a great job on the band version.
