Whoa... thanks for the propers !. And just this afternoon in the car with the wife , listening to Pierre Bensusan , a true acoustic guitar wizard, I was thinking how I'd never even be a tenth as good as he is . But then, probably 99.9% of the players in the world aren't a tenth as good as he is either , so I won't beat myself up over THAT . It really does feel good to finally be playing some of these old pieces well enough to record . All my stuff was written within the first 5 years of playing and writing , and the last 4 years has been all about trying to play them . Worth waiting for....

Ungortunately, 'hot' is the highest accolade they allow you in the voting booth here, which is a shame because Sangre del Sol deserves so much more than that, probably 'white hot' or 'spontaneous combustion'. This is the best piece you've done for ages, Dar, several million sheds out of ten for that!!
