Orchards & Vines -- Intoxicating. Addictive. Unforgettable.
"I clicked and walked into the psychedelic world of O&V... an original and powerful sound that takes your mind to other worlds." - Hotbands.com
Showcasing stratospheric rock with soaring female vocals, powerful walls of guitar and haunting cello, O&V was the first Canadian band selected as a featured Napster artist. They've drawn an audience of over 300,000 online listeners from more than 85 countries and topped numerous internet and Canadian college radio charts. Since releasing their explosive debut single "In The Darkness" on the internet, the band has been featured on many popular sites including MP3.com, Audiogalaxy, Garageband and About.com's Alternative Music Guide.
Formed in Vancouver, Canada as Orchards & Vines by songwriting duo Cindy Tomlinson (vocals) and Ted Koppman (guitar), the band line-up comprises the two along with Ron Mann (drums), Clayton Leavitt (bass) and Doug Gorkoff (cello). Their debut CD, Tomorrow's Yesterday, has sold out two pressings and is being prepared for worldwide release later in 2003.
