Jonathan Regester is well known on the folk circuit along with his family who are all excellent singers and musicians. This is John's third album, but the first for this label.
Why this name?
Think Dad had something to do with it....;-)

Folk clubs, restaurants (UK's nearest equivelant of US coffe house circuit)

don't know.....probably not.
Band History:
Jon has grown up with music as you have already read above. This new album is his first venture into working with a producer. It also marks Jon's first exploration into the use of additional backing instruments, thus widening his musical vocabulary beyond the acoustic guitar and vocals of his live presentation.
Your influences?
a rich tapestry of folk music from Martin Carthy to singer/songwriters like Randy Newman.
Favorite spot?
hmmmm lots of places to love on planet earth.
