You will have permission to record over the leased instrumental. The lease will not expire until 2,500 units/plays, have been met. This includes Youtube view, and plays/downloads on music sharing websites. (Soundcloud,Soundclick,Reverbnation,Datpiff, ETC). After 2,500 copies, new leasing rights, or exclusive rights would need to be purchased. Premium leasing is available including the .wav files for mixing purposes.
You will receive the tracked out .wav breakdowns of the entire song. The song will be marked as unavailable, and the download option will be removed. You will have UNLIMITED use of the purchased instrumental, and nobody will be able to lease after exclusive sale date. Contract included. Free Downloads are for listening and reference uses only! If you would like to record and post a recording over an instrumental, you will need to purchase a LEASE at minimum.
The un-tagged .mp3 will be delivered manually via email. Make sure you include an alternet email if needed for file delivery. For a lease including the tracked out .wav files, make sure you select the premium lease option in the purchase menu. File delivery will be within 24 hours of purchase.
The audio .wav files will be compressed into a .rar file. The files will be delivered by Sendspace.com. WinRAR, or a similar .rar extraction program will be necessary to access the .wav files. The contract will be signed and sent via email.
