Iechine is my body of music that I write and produce. My name is Zach Johnston, and I am a 22 year old living in Columbia, SC. You can hear my music for free at Soundclick. I would like to pursue music one day with a full band, but right now I am training for the US Navy SEALs.

Why this name?

Sounded cool to me and I really wanted to avoid that monthly name change impulse that a lot of musicians get.

How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?

Its not changing much these days, is it? The major shockwaves hit a long time ago, now we just have little aftershocks like RIAA and online promotion gimmicks.

Would you sign a record contract with a major label?

Of course.
