The Underground Railroad (on WBAI 99.5 FM, Saturday night from 12 to 2 AM) is NY's longest running underground hip-hop radio show, and we've had many classic live performances over the years. Some of our best freestyles will be featured on this page. For more info and lots more audio you can visit our website, hiphopmusic.com
Why this name?
You might say see it as our mission to smuggle unheard sounds to the masses, and set real hip-hop free.
Do you play live?
Beatboxing for Old Dirty Bastard, after our instrumental ran out (he got mad and stopped rhyming)
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Hard to tell which direction the industry will go.. their current strategy of criminalizing and persecuting the consumer seems like sure suicide to me.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
I'm not sure how Puffy got my number, but I'm nbot returning his calls.
