"This movement was started by 4 musicians. Each of these men found each other one by one, and then something phenomenal happened. The music they produced was not just pleasing to the ear, but carried a strong message, catalyzing the Movement. The moods of their music represent the harsh realities that we are faced with upon opening our eyes to a world without certainty, but also the strength and determination that are needed to carry us through these callous events. Every member of this band has been faced with countless different events that all exhibit the vivid uncertainties of this world, and every song reflects the complicated, sometimes dismal emotions we encounter when faced with these almost daily struggles. Not to dwell on the past, but to simply show others where they came from, they call themselves “Branded with Fearâ€쳌, in monument to the transition from blind to aware, from conformed to unafraid."

Branded with Fear is Chris Green, Jake West, Nathan Weaver and Dante Pastore and managed by Eric Newcomer of NU Entertainment. Look for the new CD "IN MY HEAD" soon to be available through iTunes, Rhapsody & Amazon MP3. Also will be available at Best Buy and Hot Topic locations.

How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
The record labels are pissed off but the bands love the fact we can offer our music and we can control the price and where it's sold.
