Tree Of Life
NEWS   Tree Of Life played in Fircrest, Tacoma, and University Place Washington 2001-02. They got excellent feedback for their vocals and acoustic instrumentation including harmony vocals, acoustic guitar, bass and flute.
David moved to Holland to work as a Chiropractor, Anne's husband is pursuing a ministry degree after serving in the Army.
Hopefully there will be a reunion someday!
Feel free to use these tracks in your worship, or download them for listening to in your car or elsewhere!

Anne Ehrhard and David Raymer were a duo that played in Fircrest, Tacoma, and University Washington in 2001-02. They played contemporary Christian worship music for church services and youth group meetings. Also included here are two original songs David wrote.
These recordings were recorded by David in his private based studio, and we were amazed by the recording quality, and blending of the voices, flute and other instruments.
Why this name?
Tree of Life is a name David came up with later because it fit the "large picture" spiritual ministry they wished to pursue.
Do you play live?
Fircrest Methodist church, Tacoma youth group meetings, University Place Episcopalian church, and private events.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Totally - God and/or the devil can reach you online now 24 hours a day!
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Certainly, if they had soup.
Band History:
Anne and Dave met at the Fircrest Methodist Church and started doing music for the youth group as a side band of the church. They also played with the house band as well, but found it difficult working within the rigid musical structure.
Your influences?
Acoustic, folk, pop, gospel, Christian music, especially male-female duos.
Favorite spot?
Tacoma, Holland, Firscrest.
Equipment used:
Gemeindhardt flute, Yairio Alvarez 6 and 12 string guitars, Takamine classical guitar, Warmoth custom made bass guitars, EV and Shure microphones.
Anything else...?
Alesis drum machine (awesome!) and SEK'D recording software, with HP 6835 PC, and Behringer 1602X mixer and Studiomaster 802 powered mixer.
