Psychosomatic started in the fall of, 1999.

The start of the band was very simplistic and even forgetable. Under the two minds of Z.M.Thomas and Patrick Luby, Psychosomatic was formed in the basement of Luby's house.

Ideas for future albums had been passed and discarded as quickly as they had come. Unable to define themselves, Psychosomatic began to experiment with new sounds mixed into a sub genre all of it's own.

In early 2003, inital member Patrick Luby had parted his own way to form his own band Reaction Filter due to musical and personal differences. Despite the many set backs, and months of dealy, Psychosomatic has been reformed into a new neo-goth powerhouse which is as strong as ever. With a new sound, Psychosomatic is working on an upcoming release.

Psychosomatic will never cease to evolve.
