I am not going to run with the usual third-person bio that you tend to see on every artist/producer/band websites that you see on a daily basis. Instead, I would like to introduce myself, and the things I plan to accomplish with this particular production website. My name is John Gee and I am a producer/song-writer/artist/engineer. I have been making music for nearly a decade now, and I hope that my work is proof of the hard work I have put in over the years. I am an artist first, song-writer second, producer, and then engineer. I am not planning to take your money and then tell you to have a good day. I hope that I can be of service to you in more ways than one so let me explain.

Free downloads, hot mixtapes, an unlimited network of collaboration, hosting, promotions, and overall better quality with the music that you are trying to share with the world.
Free Downloads- All of the instrumentals on this website can be used on all NON-PROFIT projects.
Leasing Rights- Leasing rights for instrumentals are $25 and will NEVER change! Leasing Rights will allow you to use the instrumental for sells not exceeding 2,000 copies. You will be allowed to use the project for only one broadcast purpose and that is radio play. You will also be allowed to use for any and all performances. Bulk Purchases are available and discounts will be granted accordingly. Upon payment you will receive a signed contract via email stating your rights with the particular instrumental and the instrumental in a high quality mp3.
Exclusive Rights- Exclusive rights will vary, and you will be able to view the quote on the page. Typically Exclusive rights will run you anywhere from $250-$500. Exclusive rights will allow you to sell unlimited copies of your project, and you will also be able to use for any and all broadcasting purposes. Bulk purchases will receive a discounted price. Exclusive rights will be tracked out in wav. and sent to you via mail or large downloading site. Upon payment you will receive a signed contract via email stating your rights with the particular instrumental and a high quality mp3.
Custom Production- I offer custom production starting at $250 an instrumental. A $100 deposit is required, and I will charge $50 hr. for every hour spent working on the instrumental. Once you are completely satisfied with the instrumental a final payment will be required. Upon payment you will receive the instrumental in a high quality mp3 format as well as the instrumental tracked out in wav. sent to you via mail or large downloading site. You will also receive a signed contract via email stating your rights with the particular instrumental. Bulk purchases will receive a discounted price.
Tracking-Out Option- For those of you seeking the instrumental tracked out in wav. you can do so by paying a small charge of $10. Upon payment you with receive the instrumental tracked out and sent to you via mail or large downloading site.
Collaboration work- I will be more than happy to help you with your musical project needs. I charge $50 for hooks/chorus, and I charge $75 for "16" bar verses. Upon payment I will send you the vocal and music files however you prefer. I have a long list of happy clients and a healthy resume. I aim to please, and I work just as hard on your projects as I do my own (if not harder).
Engineering Work- I am a semi-professional engineer (or at least that's what I will classify myself as). If you would like to see examples of my work you can check out www.soundclick.com/johngee which gives higher quality than my myspace. You can check the songs available and be your own judge. I am fully capable of engineering your song to its full potential. I have all the proper tools and knowhow to complete the job at hand. Even if I have to pull out the "audio restoration" tool on your body of work I will get it to its max potential. If you are interested in engineering work I charge $30 a song. Song Review- I will review your songs for FREE! If you would like my opinion on your song or possibly what it may need to be better all you have to do is message me on aim. Mixtapes- I will be releasing several mixtapes from time to time. If you would like for me to consider your song on my instrumental then email the track. Some mixtapes will be non-profit and some will not. The mixtapes that aren't non-profit will be $3 to download the full project. I hope that ALL of you send me your tracks because there is a good chance that I will use them on one of these mixtapes. Artist and songs used for profitable mixtapes will be given a contract on what percentage they will receive from the project.
Hosting- I will not post your song on my website with you singing, rapping, humming, telling jokes on any other instrumentals other than my own. I will, however, post your song on my website if you make a song to one of my instrumentals. I am looking for HIGH QUALITY recordings and creative concepts. That's what keeps me listening at least past the 10 second mark. If you send me a song with poor quality I will thank you for sending it to me and review it, but I will NOT post it on the site.
Producer Hosting- If you are a hot producer and would like to sell your beats on my site then things can be arranged. I am not looking to form a crew of producers, but I will let your light shine with the world on my own website. I will charge 10% for hosting your instrumentals and your prices can not exceed that of my own. We are dealing with a whole world of artists, but we intend to cater to those with this particular budget.
Artist Development and Promotion- I am willing to work with talented and hard working artists. I will help you make moves to the next level. I will not give just anybody free beats.
