Morandi Experiment is a music project by Darragh Hayden . From an early age Darragh was involved with music, having attended various schools of music in Dublin studying the French Horn, Clarinet and Trumpet. This has enabled him to have a grounding in music and its forms. In the late eighties and early nineties he became involved in the local indie scene in Dublin through a band that he formed with mates called Indigo Prime. Having come from the ashes of an indie / pop punk band in Dublin in turn led to the hazy days of dance - incorporating a DJ-ing slot on the now defunct pirate radio station Jazz FM Dublin, playing a varied setlist from dance to chillout sounds. Morandi Experiment has been a fusion of all these past soundscapes and more, with influences that come from a wide and varied spectrum. All tracks are written,arranged and produced by Darragh Hayden
