I'M BACK IN 2006!

Wuttup ya'll. The name's "Assault." I come from the dark regions of McKeesport, Pennsylvania to give you all a little taste of my life. Here you'll be able to find and listen to my songs. Download them for free. See if I care... I wouldn't get paid anyway.

Why this name?
I got this name from my homie Sel, who's chillin in Hawaii. He came in a chat one day drunk or somethin and started callin me Assault... since then, it just stuck. I never planned on rapping under this name, but it just sounded right once people told me to... It's like it told me to use this name. People came up askin if I was Assault, so I told them yes, and since then, that's what i'm known as... Assault
Do you play live?
I want to continue. I've played live with many old bands before. It's fun and a rush. When you're on stage holdin a mic... you have the power and you have to know how to use it. One of the greatest things to feel, is the crowd. When they're down there, noddin' their heads and movin to the music and cheerin and dancin, you know what you're doin is the shit, and i like that.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
The internet is the greatest thing since sliced balogna. The internet allows the fans to listen to music for free. If a cd sucks, but only has one or two good songs on it, that's gay for people who spend 16 bucks for it. So rather than buying a cd, you just pop on a site or a program to search for music and chances are, you'll find it.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Depends on what label that would be... something underground and not mainstream would be the best.
