Why this name?
Had the nickname "Time" since childhood, this became PrimeTime. "iNC" stemmed from where I grew up (infamous North Carolina). (clever huh?)
Do you play live?
No live playing...full-force in the studio though.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Without it, a large majority of you would never know greatness, such as myself, existed.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
That's a possibility, but I'm fully aware of my potential to build my own empire, so don't try and control me...never was too good with authority...we can take over together if you'd like.
Band History:
Listened to hip hop since birth... Introduced to producing music around the age of 13 by my father (a prolific songwriter) which i grasped... Went to school for music production/engineering for 4 years... Came out a musical genius with a passion... now I'm preparing to takeover... To Be Continued...
Your influences?
I have an appreciation for many genres of music from Classical, to Oriental, to hip hop of course... anything can inspire you to make the next hot track.
Favorite spot?
I like Greensboro, NC...where i grew up. Haven't traveled enough to determine that yet... I'll keep you posted.
Equipment used:
You want me to reveal the secrets to my masterpieces? Ok... Dell Studio Computer, Reason, ProTools, Yamaha MM6 Keyboard...It's not what you use, it's how you use it (cliche).
