The name Steffunky was given to me by a lil cuzin, who called it to me teasingly. Before long it stuck and became a term of endearment.

Influenced by the political rap of Public Enemy, the conscious rap of KRS1, and the gangsta rap of NWA, Steffunky came about to the secular music spectrum. Affiliated with artists such as Mystikal, BG, Juvenile, Cain & Able, and the S U C (Southern Underground Click), Steffunky opened shows with his group S K S. It was on and poppin, but GOD had a plan for Steff to glorify HIM with the gift of Holy Hip-Hop. So HE made it to where Steff had to move to Las Vegas. There he met an aspiring Christian Rap artist named J-Rich. They join forces which gave Steff the platform to make music that our youth SHOULD be listening to instead of whats being stuffed down their throats by main stream media.
