Actually, I use to go by Infinite G. I know it sounds lame but it was my street name when I was up to no good. Then God laid it on my heart that I was a new creation and should change my name. I prayed about it for many months and then one day He laid the name Soul Reel in my dome. The picture this name paints for me is that of an individual who's soul purpose is to reel souls into the kingdom of God.

I love playing live. I've been doing this since 1999. There's nothing like looking in peoples eyes and seeing them change or find hope thru a song God's blessed me with. I'll go anywhere, to the highways in byways, just like Jesus said.

It allows more people to be impacted and allows my voice to be heard worldwide. I ain't a big city cat yet, so I appreciate that.

Yes, in God's timing. I'm very blessed to have Innate as my producer with Faceless Records right now though, but if God told me go I would, cuz I want to be able to devote all my time to this ministry and not have to work a job to get by.

My inspirations are my homeboys Harmony Hi See, Innate, Brail, A.P., Big Mak and all those other Christian peeps that keep it real. I don't sound like any of 'em though, so I can't help ya there.

I admit a piece of my heart is in Mexico. That's not just cuz I'm half Mexican either. I love the people and there's such a wide open door for ministry there. I also love LA becuz that's where my Samoan family is from who raised me in the faith.
