St. Louis musician creating music to make you feel good. Soon will get back on the songwriting train, expect vocals and some neat things to happen. Check out his other band, Adam's Off Ox.
Why this name?
Music has a "Music Box" feel but sometimes get a little wierd.
Do you play live?
Not playing live at this time. Let's see how the new material works out.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
You wouldn't be listening to this stuff if it wasn't here.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Nope, music is for the people, not for the wallets of record labels.
Band History:
I was born. I waited until I could move around a bit. Once a was a few years old, I would bang on this toy piano I had. I also was very good at the pots and pans. Fast forward to grade school, started playing saxamaphone. I continued this all through my life until college, when it became more of a chore than a pleasure. Enter Music Theory and Piano 1. I fell in love with piano and strings. Now I write music. So there.
Your influences?
I liked stuff like Moby at first, his slower stuff like "God Moving Over The Face Of The Water"
But now I'm really inbetween electronic orchestrations and folk guitar stuff like, Iron and Wine meets Figurine.
Favorite spot?
New Orleans
