i like to swim around in lakes with my friends. ><((°> -"blubb!"

a fish that creates stuff.. it's all about feelings. mostly i just take the feeling that i have in my mind, and try to transmit a mirrored copy of that feeling into musical form. when i'm not in the mood for that, i just experiment and explore. expressionalist you could say, or an explorer of soundscapes.

for those kids who were active in the demoscene, i was once in a time called axl in tpolm.. o_O good ol' times.
Why this name?
because i'm a fish.
Do you play live?
yes, i've played live. and it was a feeling beyond anything imaginable. :)
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
it changes the way music (and other artforms) is distributed - not a single-source money-making factory that produce what the people should buy. that's what will change, more diversity of music.. and that is the music industry's fear... and will lead to it's doom. ;)
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
noooo
Your influences?
there are lots. funk-music helped me inventing new ways of making bass-lines. rythms in idm - like autechre, aphex twin, and squarepusher - has affected me deeply. and structure-wise it's vangelis. and melody-wise it's mike oldfield. :) but i know there's loooads of influces since i listen to "mostly" anything. oh, and not to forget... the extremely nice tracker/demoscene during the 90'ies: :)
Equipment used:
ableton live and buzztracker.
Anything else...?
i like hugs.
