Matrax Productions is a spin on the name of Matrix-- We believe that the mind could alter one's own success and radiance. As inspiration navigates through all of us, we must transfer this ability into a tangible form. For us, this form is music. So, to express this form, this music, we must separate ourselves from others, and create a diversely unique presence, and not be victims of mediocrity by giving into the "Matrix"-- The conclusion? We're not just creating music, or just tracks-- We're creating Matrax (Ma-Tracks).

No, we do not play live except when in the studio creating. Our special moment for now is the promotion of our Garage Sale beats. We're "getting rid" of old or forgotten beats, and want to start fresh, but before we do that, we want to give artists a chance to take advantage of this opportunity. This is why we're promoting this concept, so, prices are negotiable, and you'll be surprised as to how easy-going we can be.

The Internet drastically alters the opportunities which were once so difficult to reach. Ten years ago, the Internet was RARELY used for purposes such as exposure or selling music. Now, we can buy and sell music from the convenience of our own homes-- We might even become superstars.

We would prefer not to. Instead, we want to focus on creating our own entity of music. In essence, we would rather publish music under our own label.

We were created a long time ago. However, Matrax Productions, as we know it existed as of three years ago, in a conversation. Let's just say that the rest is history, and we're steering straight into the future.

We are inspired by all aspects of music, whether it be ethnic, soulful, or experimental. The eclecticism of our tastes are amazing, which allows us to explore various forms of music, and express it in such a way.

Springfield, Massachusetts and McDonough, Georgia are the places reside. We enjoy any place with a good vibe. DC is a good place to start, Atlanta is great too, but there's no place like home...

Everything? Alright, seriously, we have computers maxed out in memory, FL Studio, Reason, Pro Tools, Audio Interfaces, etc... You name it-- Anything that makes a great sound will be used, which is why it's hard to specify what equipment we use.
