This is Burn Washington, my side project. All songs are written and recorded by me, and are original...unless otherwise noted, of course.
Why this name?
Thats a good question.
Do you play live?
Not with this project, because its all me. It would be a bit hard to carry onto stage solo, dont you think?
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Its certainly played a crucial role in my musical development, and still does. I think its wonderful.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
I would, but I wouldnt desire to do so as a solo artist. I hope to find a band where I can become just as successful in.
Band History:
Its just me, these are songs that have been lying around or are written as I go.
Your influences?
Rage Against The Machine were my main influences for the first two years I started listening to music seriously. Tom Morello is why I picked up the guitar. Soon after I got heavily into Radiohead, followed quickly by bands ranging from System of a Down, Korn, Meshuggah, to Prodigy, Butthole Surfers and the Black Label Society.
Favorite spot?
I like it here.
Equipment used:
For stage I use a Mesa Triple Rectifier to a Marshall Cabinet.
