Why this name?
A trip to the local shops in Gnosall took him through a churchyard where he saw two gravestones both belonging to Ezekiel Butler. Confused, Pete took this as an omen and that became the name of his band. See the history below.
Do you play live?

The line up of the band has changed but Pete has been consistent in his quest to record his music. He recently met producer John Perkins at a London gig and accepted an offer which brought him into IMMG studios to record an album. The results are before you now.
Ezekiel Butler have been interviewed on BBC local stations, including Oxford and Gloucester, and headlined 'Commotion Festival 2007'. They have recently been playing around various parts of the country including their native midlands, many London venues and look forward to the summer where they will be playing at some great music festivals.
