You have full rights to record, alter, mix the beat in any shape, way, or form (except reselling the beat). You may NOT add to said track to claim co-production. I will, however, receive royalties from the sale of records or downloads, as stated in the contract. You must give full credit to the producer on all commercial recordings. If there is a sample I am NOT responsible for clearing it. You agree to be responsible for said track! I will, however, let you know the artist, label, and publishing company if I can find it. Failure to sign and send back the contract or failure to adhere to even the most simplest of negotiations negates the contract, but your money will NOT be returned due to breach of contract.

Upon purchase you will receive the fully tracked out beat in .wav for you to master, and a contract via email in .pdf granting you exclusive rights to the beat within 24 hrs after Payment is received.
