Troy Murray (G.E.3.K.) Biography


Troy Anthony Murray, born was on December 3, 1988. He is a young aspiring artist with amazing talent to take the music industry by storm. Music has been a part of Troy's life ever since he was young. He started writing poetry at the age of 16 years old. His Uncle Evyn was the first to recognize his writing abilities and encouraged Troy to pursue his talent. This fueled Troy to become a rapper with unique style and delivery. At the age of 19 he started listening to listening to Hip Hop, Pop and Soul artist such as Will Smith, LL Cool J, Pharrell Williams, Britney Spears, Gwen Stefani, Jill Scott and Kanye West. These artists inspired Troy Murray to form a rapping style that would fit many music genres such as Pop, Rock, Hip Hop, and Alternative.

Troy not only wanted to write music, but also wanted to be the creator of the music as well. In March 2008, Troy Anthony Murray started recording his first few songs in his own home studio. Around April 2008, he started producing his own music to create sound that would fuse many music genres together. Troy presented many of his works in the college (Miami-Dade College) he currently attends and caught the ears of his fellow students. Many would give comments such as "How come your not signed" or " Your going to be something big one day".


Troy is currently working on an album entitled "G.E.3.K" which stand for "General Education Evolved Kismet". This will be an album of complete originality and Imagination. He plans to eventually sign a record deal with a major label and branch off to create a clothing line, production and recording company, a Television network and a recording facility.


In the future Troy Murray plans to work with many inspiring and accomplished artists such as Britney Spears, JoJo, Aly&AJ, Ashley Tinsdale, Aksent ,Demi Lovato, Charles Hamilton, Gwen Stefani, Hilary Duff, Jordin Sparks, Katy Perry, Lady GaGa, Yung Berg, Ryan Leslie and many more. Troy Murray quotes " I want to collaborate with these artist because each artist is an individual to the music they create." He also mentions "they are all original to the point where you hear nothing like them. " Troy feels that "it would be an honor to make music with any the mentioned artist."
Troy Murray is a true visionary that will continue to create original music that will touch the lives of many for years to come.
