Robert Byron Payne iii Better known by his stage name "Groove" or "Wise" is an American Rap, R&B, Hip Hop, and Club music singer-songwriter, record producer, businessman and Beat Maker. His first Underground Release on 12 inch vinyl and cassette tape, was through RB Groove Records/Columbian Hill Records called "Watch Your Back". The Debut Song featured the legendary head biting "DC SPAZ". The group released three additional songs on an E.P Called "Aint About Bein Smooth" before disbanding in 1995 because of creative differences. Rob Payne iii Most successful release that got him major recognition was a song called "Sexy Gee". The song was aired on Baltimore's Major Radio Station "Q92 FM" in 1998.
