Chris Raw

Chris Raw got shot earlier this month (April). Due to this unforseen incident his new EP "Raw & Uncut" is being pushed back until he is feeling better and feels dependent upon hiself rather than others. He hopes to start work back up on it this Summer and hopes for an early release of Fall 2011. Thanks for understand. Chris Raw AKA: The Comeback Kidd. All I do is grind and progress at this hip-hop shit. I'm pretty versatile. I can be extremely lyrical in one song, extremely deep in another, tell a story in one, and then go ahead and make a Waka Flocka type club song. How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It has changed it greatly and has had a HUGE impact on the music industry. It let's artists get more promo for their music, networking and marketing has become 100x easier, and also lets artists work together without having to travel to one certain studio.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Not now. Maybe in a couple years when I'm ready and think I can handle it. But, for now I'm 100% independent!
