I am currently not in a band. At the moment I use work for hire musicians supplied by a local studio, the musicians union or by an agent when performing live gigs. I would really like to find a local band looking for a lead vocalist but so far haven't had much luck.

I love rockin out live and really enjoy entertaining. Although I am not in a band at the moment the musicians that have been used for live performances have been very professional and everyone has had a great time.

The internet has totally changed the music business. I don't know how anyone can make money in this business. There are a lot of incredible artists right here on Soundclick that make great music and should be signed with a major record label but are not being given a chance. Perhaps the labels are taking fewer risks because of the amount of music "sharing" going on.

It's great to have a place to find original, new music and share ideas with other artists. Perhaps the internet is a mixed blessing when it comes to music, television and film. On the one hand unknown artists can get there music some exposure and on the other hand "Break through" artists (i.e. signed) can't make a living especially if they are good.
