Timothy "TinyTim" Mereus was born on October,17,1994 in Providence, RhodeIsland. At the age of 2,Timothy was diagnosed with speech delay. The doctors said he would have speech delay for the rest of his life, but by the grace of God, he was healed. Timothy lived in Brockton, Massachusetts for 8 years. During those eight years Timothy was taking weekly piano lessons, thats the only form of music Timothy ever thought of. But he never knew he would grow to become a rapper. At the age of 8, Timothy moved to Atlanta, Georgia, where he is currently living. Timothy was very unhappy with this transition, he was moving away from family and friends, the place he called home. But Timothy adjusted quickly to the different lifestyle, and began all over again. The years went by, and Timothy was doing great, he had all the friends a boy can have. While he was in Cobb County, his parents, signed him up for piano lessons, he hadnt played in a long time, so why not! He attended Moss School of Music. His teacher was none other than, Tesia Onae Moss. See God works in mysterious ways, that no man can explain. Tesia was married to her loving husband, Stefan Moss, known as "Stefan The Scientist". Stefan has collaborated with Nashville based hip-hop legends "Grits", winning his first Dove Award with the Grits in 2005. He's also been on songs by Mr. Verbs and Dj Maj. Timothy would see Stefan occasionally, during piano lessons. Then one day, Timothy walked in to hear Stefan in his studio working on a new track, Timothy was very ammused, Timothy then asked if he could produce tracks as cool as his. Stefan replied " Sure, ill give the software the next time you come"! So Timothy was on his way. A few months went by, and Timothy was already finished with his 18th beat, Stefan was impressed. Timothy was getting a hang of this very quickly, so Srefan asked him if he wanted to join a production crew he was about to form. With Timothy in love with producing tracks, he couldnt refuse. Then the day came when Timothy would make his first song. Stefan wasnt only Timothys boss, he was his youth pastor. One Wednesday afternoon, Stefan, for an assignment told the class to make any song of their choice, whoever won would get a chance to record in Stefans studio. Timothy had made many songs before, but didnt have enough courage to show it to people. But this time Timothy could show people his talent, without making a fool out of himself, since some people took the assignment as a joke. The assignment was over and Stefan announced the winners. There was two catergories, Male and Female. And what do you know, Timothy won first place. Timothy shocked as ever, was ready to record his first song. The song was called "Life", it was about people and their everyday struggles. Once again, Stefan was impressed, not only did Timothy write the lyrics, but he also produced the track as well. Stefan told Timothy, he was welcome to come any time and record a song. With that in mind, Timothy made many tracks and songs. After that event, Timothys confidence level was sky high. Not only did he make his first song, he made a myspace music page. Timothy then started fowarding messages on his phone, to advertise about his website. Timothy thought maybe 10 or 15 people would see his page, but on the first week 100 people viewed his page! Timothy is currently working towards a record deal from Stefan, and hes waiting on his first show. Who wouldve thought that a boy born in Providence, RhodeIsland, would become a young rapper and producer! When asked what he wanted to accomplish, he replied "I would like to deliver people to Christ through music, not just any type of music, Hip-Hop." "I think if we use different methods to reach people to Christ, that we'll accomplish more." "Because their is different age groups, and different lifestyles, if we just reached out by using the preaching method, not many people would hear the word of God." "So thats why we've put the Word of God in music, at least thats what i think, im only fourteen remember(hahahaha), i still have a long way ahead of me." "Until then, I'll work my way to the top, and delivering people on the way". There is still more to come of the Timothy"TinyTim"Mereus Biography, his adventure has just begun..............
