What up family ? I hope that the music God has inspired me to create will be an inspiration to you. some of you might even say, what is gospel rap? I've never heard it before or maybe you've heard some that didn't sound peculiar enough or set apart enough to represent the omnipotent Glory of God. Why this name?
Because it is my real name, it's who I am and above all it's who the Lord has charged me to be "Dale J. Evans",no games no gimmicks.
Do you play live?
Yes, I do a lot of out reach in neighbor hoods, prisons, juvenile centers, schools, churches, conferences etc.. Yes I do enjoy it very much and the most special moments are when lives are changed. Not because of the music but because the power of God is Present.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It allows artist who are not fortunate enough to receive major deals, to have the opportunity to cut out the middle man and distribute their own music. Leaving Labels to have no one to pimp. (Meaning Unknown Artist)
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
It all depends on the deal and how they are purposing to handle my music and my image.

Why did you become a Christian? I became a Christian Because nothing else
made since to my heart. I say heart because I had been emotionally
shocked from a lot of things that I had gone through being in the world.
Like trying to understand death after losing my mother(Linda),father(Sam)
and big sister(Yolanda). Two of them where violent crimes. I also lost my
big brother to the penitentiary for a decade. See it was those levels of
questions that I had, the world could not answer for me. Yea I had
received a lot of mans theories about the situations I encountered but
only what I received from Gods Word made since to my heart , even as hurt as
I was about my family. It made me realize that if the people that
committed these crimes had knew the word of God ,there's no way they
could have done these things and if the rest of the world knew they
wouldn't still be doing them.
Why do you do Holy hip hop? Because it's one of my Talents and what I use
to do for the world belongs to God now!!!
