This is just music that I've made. It's whatever ideas I feel like I want people to hear. and I play guitar in The Author and the Illustrator.
Why this name?
well, Jazack (jay-zack) is just an online alias I use.
Do you play live?
Yes. Wherever I can. I love it. too many.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
I think it makes the music industry more open, and it lets bands get more notice to the public. I am glad it's a big part of the music industry.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
depending on the amount of freedom.
Band History:
I've been playing guitar for 6 years. Everything up until this band doesn't matter, but in march of 2010 my drummer and I started Fortune favors the brave, which turned into the author and the illustrator. We've been writing, recording, and playing shows since march.
Your influences?
Shiner, Hum, Failure, Bulb, Misery Signals, Dredg, Circa survive,
Favorite spot?
Kansas City and Lawrence.
