Hi! My name is Larry 'LG' Hurst. I play lead guitar in my band.
My band is called x Double Cross x.
We play Alternative Blues/Rock, mostly original songs that we have
written and developed. However our list of cover songs is ever growing.
We have been playing off and on now for about 6 years.
But we have recently added a new drummer and another guitarist to our lineup.

Why this name?

We asked our drummer to choose the name and his neighbors son picked
the name Double Cross and we liked it.

Do you play live?

We play locally in the chicago area.

How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?

It has made it possible for everyone the world over to connect and correspond
musically and also added ability to collaborate musically from anywhere globally.

Would you sign a record contract with a major label?

Yes

We boast a wide variance of musical tastes and backgrounds, blended into
our band to create what I believe to be a fresh exciting sound!

Your influences?

Mine personally are Cream, Led Zeppelin, Jimi Hendrix, the Beatles, Elvis,etc.

Me personally, I have a newly purchased Fender Stratocaster, and I also use a Washburn Bluesman hollow-body.
